"Very relaxing and calming atmosphere. Laurel has a wonderful way of teaching and guiding you to the different poses, all with a soothing voice. The classes are extremely helpful for getting your body back to working its core muscles as well as allowing yourself to relax and enjoy the moments with your new baby. As a mother of two I look forward to the special time with my baby and what a bonus to give myself some "me" time to relax and breath. Laurel is very special in that she knows how to help us heal and modifies the movements to make sure we are all having a wonderful experience.
